Walter (presumably O'Hare) was the uncle of Tulip O'Hare.
Biography[]
After getting hungover several times, Walter kept calling in "sick". Meanwhile, he allowed his niece, Tulip to stay at his place.[1]
While passed out, kids stole his pants, though Tulip chased them down, and retrieved them.[2]
